My Review:

My Review:

Jake Sommers known as "the Snake earned his SEAL codename by striking quickly and stealthy with deadly force.  Four years ago he broke Michelle Carter's heart by rejecting her love.  He believed it was to keep her safe from him.  Now four years later he is determined to win her heart again and have a second chance with her.  But he will have to prove that he never stopped loving her and she doesn't make it easy for him.

Michelle Carter has never forgiven Jake for his love her and leave her attitude.  Her brother Frank head of the special ops agency Black Knights Inc. ticks off the wrong mob she must place her life into Jake's hands.  She has always loved him and has keep a major secret from him which when finds out he quite angry.  I don't blame him because it's a major secret but I wish he would have talked with her instead of giving her the silent treatment.  Michelle has a hard time trusting Jake because she compares him to her father who cheated on her mom and left them.

This book was very thrilling from the beginning to the end of the book with a really messed up villain who was truly a monster.

My Review:

This book opens when Becky "Rebel" Reichert first meets Frank the boss of Black Knights who wants to use her motorcycle shop as a front for his special ops team.  She can operate machines and shoot a gun like the big boys.

Then it's three months later and Becky manages to get kidnapped by pirates who want her to fix their boat.  Frank is determined to rescue her even though she may or may not need his help.  He finds himself in a dangerous situation when he tries to save Becky from the ringleader who is a vile sadistic.  He manages to seriously injury himself (concussion, big dent on his head and he needs major surgery).

He is under heavy medication when he starts talking how beautiful Becky is and he even kisses her.  She kisses him back but then realizes it's wrong and steps back.  When Frank is himself again he still remembers the hot kiss they shared but he thinks he's too old and the wrong man for her even though he is extremely attracted to her.  Also she is the younger sister of one of his men.

Becky is extremely attracted to Frank even though he could be her father (I meant age wise) but she knows it's just wrong to get involved with him.  Also she has another admirer Angel the newest recruit.

My Review:

I highly recommend this series if you like a great romantic suspense series with hot heroes and kick ass heroines, great story lines and steamy romance.

Nate Weller aka "Ghost" is a former Marine who belongs to Black Knight Incs. a special ops team who takes jobs too hot for any other team to take.  He's a natural at keeping his cool and distance so that makes he a hell of a sniper.  Sweet and sexy Ali Morgan has always reved up his engine but she's his best friend's younger sister which makes her off limits.

Ali Morgan knows something bad happened to her older brother Grigg and now she is the target of a deadly national organization.  She goes to Nate Walker and the Black Knights Inc. to help her figure out who is after her and for answers to what really happened to her brother.  She has never seen a much sexier man in her life than Nate straddling his Harley or the flash of danger in his eyes when he finds out she's in danger.

There has always been an attraction between Nate and Ali ever since they first met when she was only 17.  Grigg warned off Nate from looking or touching Ali and Nate has honored that wish.  We find out why he hasn't done anything with his attraction to Ali because he feels guilty about Grigg's death.
