Follow My Blog Friday #15

If you are new to the FF fun, Feature and Follow Friday is a blog hop that expands your blog following by a joint effort between bloggers. Feature & Follow Friday is now hosted by TWO hosts, myself of course and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it'll allow us to show off more new blogs!

How does this work? First you leave your name here on this post, then you create a post on your own blog that links back to this post (easiest way is to just grab the code under the #FF picture and put it in your post) and then you visit as many blogs as you can and tell them "hi" in their comments (on the post that has the #FF image). You follow them, they follow you. Win. Win. Just make sure to follow back if someone follows you!

Now to make this FF interesting we do a FEATURE blogger. If you are interested in becoming a Feature click on the drop down link above FEATURES > Features and Follow Friday and get on the waiting list!  It is also required, that if you participate you must follow the hosts (Parajunkee and Alison Can Read) and the two Feature blogs.

This Meme is hosted by Rachel from Parajunkee's View and Alison Can Read on Fridays.

To join the fun and make now book blogger friends, just follow these simple rules:

1. Follow the Follow My Book Blog Friday Host {Parajunkee.com} {Alisoncanread.com}and any one else you want to follow on the list.

2. Follow our Featured Bloggers - Keeping Up with Roxy and Anonymous Reads.

3. Put your Blog name and URL in the Linky thing.

4. Grab the button up there and place it in a post, this post is for people to find a place to say hi in your comments

5. Follow Follow Follow as many as you can

6. If someone comments and says they are following you, be a dear and follow back. Spread the Love...and the followers

7. If your new to the Follow Friday Hop, comment and let me know, so I can stop by and check out your blog!

The Friday Follow Feature is ...

Roxy @ Keeping Up With Roxy’s Books

Hi! My name is Roxy and am a complete, and I mean COMPLETE, book nerd. I read books left and right as often as possible. I started blogging for the sake (awesomeness) of books. Other than having this obsessions with books, I share the obsession with cupcakes. Mmm… cupcakes.

Anyway, my favorite books are definitely YA books. Let’s just say I love them and I could never ever have a all time favorite book!

Anonymous Reads

"Hi, I'm Pepa, and basically, I love books. I only started book blogging recently, but I've been reading for a long while. I love the community here. I love how everyone in the book blogging community can just get lost in a book the same way I can. And I love to meet new bloggers to discuss books with.

My favorite genres are paranormal and dystopian. But I'll still read anything that's YA. The two authors that really got me into reading are JK Rowling and John Green. JK Rowling filled my childhood with this magical world that I never forgot, and ever since then I've been looking for more books and more worlds to escape into. And then John Green brought me into the YA world. I love both of their work. Some of my favorite books are the Harry Potter series, Looking for Alaska, Divergent, The Hunger Games, Vampire Academy series, and the Infernal Devices books. I love how books allow you to escape into a different reality and just forget about yourself. I also love meeting new people to talk book-talk with. So come say hi, I don't bite. :)"

Question: Keeping with the Spirit of Giving this season, what book do you think EVERYONE should read and if you could, you would buy it for all of your family and friends?

For Mystery Thriller I recommend Kill Alex Cross" by James Patterson or "Buried Prey" by John Sandford.

For Romantic Suspense I would recommend "New York to Dallas" by J.D. Robb, "Senseless and "Merciless" both by Mary Burton.

  3. I promised a couple of fellow book bloggers I wouldn’t “machine gun” my Follow Friday posts on the blogs I visit but this week’s Follow Friday has inspired me to make an important exception.

The book I think everyone should read is a work of non-fiction called The Four Hour Workweek. The thing is, the book is very well written and entertaining so it reads like a work of fiction. What the book can do to enhance your life and change the way you live day by day seems unbelievable on its face which might mark it a legitimate work of fiction for the skeptics out there.

If you read this work of non-fiction and really follow the advice it gives and apply the insights you’ll gain, your life will read like a modern tale fairytale.

I encourage, implore and even insist you follow me back to my book blog so you can find out why I think EVERYONE should read The Four Hour Workweek – http://www.howardsherman.net
